Closure of UNMIL

The United Nations Mission in Liberia was established in October 2003 to support for the implementation of a ceasefire agreement and peace process, and to assist with the maintenance and restoration of law and order throughout Liberia. The mission successfully completed its mandate on 30 March 2018.

Noorie Dudley-Sam / Project Consultant the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) . She disclosed that the FAO was partnering with the Ministry of Agriculture to enhance farmers capacity for Sustainable Production of Vegetable and Poultry

Peter Quaqua / President of the West African Journalists Association (WAJA)
He said WAJA welcomed ECOWAS Court’s recent verdict against the Gambian Government in a case involving four journalists

Lorma Baysah / Executive Director Rural Human Rights Activists Program.
According to Baysah , the institution and partners were strengthening engagements to boost access to justice
